Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened liquid products unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tallusseaweed.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation approval.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsaleable condition.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
