Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days from dispatch, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
