All products are described as accurately as possible; however, images are for illustrative purposes only and packaging may vary. We reserve the right to update product formulations, labelling, pricing, or availability without notice.
Our products are intended for lawn and horticultural use only and must be diluted and applied strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. We accept no responsibility for misuse, incorrect dilution, over-application, or use outside recommended guidelines.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to correct pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and VAT will be charged where applicable under UK law.
Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel their order. Returned goods must be unopened and in original condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened liquid products cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty.
If goods arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Our products are biostimulant-based horticultural products and are not a substitute for a balanced fertiliser programme. Results may vary depending on soil conditions, weather, and application method. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallus Seaweed Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, commercial, or crop-related losses arising from product use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
All website content, including branding, logos, product names, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Tallus Seaweed Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
